I built a recommendation system that helps dealerships decide which cars to order based on:

Past sales data (what people bought before)
Current stock (what’s sitting unsold)
Customer preferences (what people are asking for)

I used forecasting techniques like:

Holt-Winters & ARIMA — time series methods for seasonal patterns
Ensemble learning — combining models to pick the most accurate one

The result? The system could predict demand with up to 98% accuracy meaning dealerships could stock smarter, sell faster, and reduce unwanted cars.

Cars are a big, emotional purchase. When customers walk into a dealership, they want their car, not a “close enough” option.
